I have really been inspired by the glorious colour and constant movement of ocean pools and the Northern Beaches of Sydney give lots to choose from.  On this great day, the violent waves competed with the tranquil pool, making for a fascinating composition.  I may look crazy running along the beach photographing birds, but I think they add an additional interesting element of whimsy and expression to my creation.
